Zlotnick 등, 2009 : SS는 90분 동안 그룹 방식으로 수행되었으며, 일반적으로 6-8주 동안 일주일에 세 번 여성이 감옥에 있는 동안 그룹당 3-5명의 여성이 있었습니다. 감옥에서 석방된 후 SS의 각 여성은 그룹 세션의 자료를 강화하기 위해 12주 동안 매주 개별 60분 "부스터" 세션을 제공받았습니다. 임상의와 고객은 각 부스터 세션에서 다룰 SS의 주제를 결정했습니다.
